Job description
Hopemark Health is seeking a Psychiatric Health provider to deliver outpatient psychiatric care at our Hoffman Estates location, coordinating with physicians and clinicians in an integrated team approach. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients with novel therapies such as IV Ketamine, Spravato, and dTMS.
The ideal candidate has PMHNP or equivalent credentials, 5+ years outpatient experience, and is licensed to prescribe in IL.
