Provides Mental Health and Substance Abuse services
Works with a multidisciplinary team to conduct treatment and discharge planning
Must have Massachusetts License to be considered
Must have 1 year experience as PMHNP
REQUIREMENTS:
MA Active State License
DEA
BLS
