Job description
Henderson County Rural Health Center DBA Eagle View Community Health System seeks a PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for children to adults. You will collaborate with medical and behavioral health staff to ensure accessible, evidence-based care.
The role requires valid Illinois APRN licensure with full practice authority where applicable, an ANCC PMHNP credential, and ongoing documentation of collaborative agreements as required by Illinois law.
