Job description
Cordial Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience to provide on-site behavioral health care across Columbia and Ulster Counties, NY. The role supports adult and geriatric residents with limited access to psychiatric services.
You will work full-time with a weekday schedule, offering meaningful clinical work and autonomy within a supportive behavioral health team.
