Job description
CHE Behavioral Health Services in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative team.
You will conduct initial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans including medication management and psychotherapy, coordinate with primary care providers, and monitor progress to adjust care as needed.
