Job description
Family Care Center in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide direct outpatient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning and pharmacologic/non-pharmacologic treatment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a convenient setting.
The PMHNP will participate in telemedicine appointments, care coordination, and adheres to state licensing requirements.
