Job description
ForwardCare in Texas seeks a PMHNP to conduct psychiatric evaluations for PHP and IOP patients, develop treatment plans, and manage psychopharmacology within a collaborative team.
You will document in a HIPAA-compliant EHR, coordinate care with prescribers and primary teams, respond to emergencies, and enjoy flexible hours, full clinical autonomy, and strong administrative support as we expand PHP/IOP sites across Texas.
Private telehealth space and ongoing credentialing support provided.
