Job description
Northwest Human Services, Inc. in Salem, OR, seeks an experienced PMHNP to serve as Psychiatric Services Medical Director. This is a clinical leadership role that combines patient care with shaping the quality, consistency, and future direction of psychiatric services.
You will maintain an active psychiatric practice while mentoring providers, establishing standards, and coordinating with primary care and behavioral health teams to deliver integrated, safe, evidence-based care for our community.
