Job description
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is needed for CIMPAR Nursing Home Post-Acute Network Services in Jacksonville, FL. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults in nursing homes, working under an external psychiatrist via Collaborative Practice Agreement.
