Job description
Lorain County Health & Dentistry (LCH&D) seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning across the lifespan.
The PMHNP will work within an integrated, patient-centered Behavioral Health team, partnering with primary care, women's health, dental, and community providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services.
