Job description
Central City Concern’s Old Town Recovery Center is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver trauma‑informed psychiatric care on an Intensive Case Management Team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, and complex medical needs in a multidisciplinary setting.
