Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time Behavioral Health opportunity in Utica, New York. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, a base salary plus productivity model, and the opportunity to provide meaningful psychiatric care to older adults in skilled nursing and assisted living settings.Perks & Benefits Estimated compensation range $150,000-$200,000 annually

Practice Highlights / Qualifications Full-time Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner position
Provide psychiatric care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in older adults
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes
Focus on quality of life and continuity of care
Flexible schedule without rigid clinic hours
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensure in New York required
Board certification in psychiatry required, or minimum of 2 years of direct psychiatric prescription management experience
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills required
Passion for older adult mental health strongly preferred
