PMO Procurement Support ManagerWe're seeking a PMO Procurement Support Manager to support a large-scale procurement transformation initiative. This high-visibility role partners with Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to drive executive reporting, program governance, and strategic initiative tracking.Pay Rate: $70-75/hr W2Responsibilities:Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.Coordinate CFO, Finance, and business stakeholder updates.Track action items and ensure follow-through across key initiatives.Build meeting materials, status reports, and operating review content.Support onboarding, training, and process documentation.Manage initiative pipelines, savings tracking, and portfolio reporting within Asana.Help establish scalable processes and long-term operating rhythms.Required Qualifications:7-10+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Management Consulting, Transformation, or Procurement/Finance OperationsStrong executive communication and presentation skillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience with Asana or similar project management toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
