Position Purpose:

The PMO Manager is responsible for developing and managing service delivery and best practice processes for the day-to-day operations for MBOs Enterprise Client(s). The PMO will assists in assuring operational excellence in meeting client expectations and service legal agreements, onsite in the San Francisco, CA area.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:

Nurture professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the client’s organization

Establish relationships with key stakeholders in procurement, talent acquisition, legal, or other department leaders as required

Assist the Account Director in creating and presenting content related to business reviews to client stakeholders

Focus on continuous improvement of service delivery

Ensure commitments to client are met and client satisfaction goals are achieved

Ensure client needs and performance requirements are met through consistent, efficient, and effective processes

Respond to and resolve operating problems

Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes

Fulfill contract SLA’s

Forecast demand for operational resources based on program trends to support ongoing client business requirements

Assist in contractor travel bookings, if needed

Create and maintain process flow documents and SOPs on internal, talent, and client workflows

Provide client reporting on service delivery measurements and client specific statistics

Supplier Relationships (as needed):

Develop professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the supplier’s organization

Focus on continuous improvement of Supplier service delivery

Source suppliers with the necessary capabilities to provide service excellence

Conduct Supplier training on vendor management program

Requirements:

5+ years Professional Experience

1+ year experience working with Vendor Management Systems

Staffing and/or Vendor Management experience required

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers

Ability to problem solve

Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require attention to detail

Ability to lead and/or contribute to a team environment

Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation

Proficient PC skills to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint other internet-based web tools

Desired Competencies:

Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment

Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work autonomously

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time

Must be able to occasionally lift or move objects weighing 20lbs or less
