All PNW PACE employees work to fulfill the vision of PNW PACE: "We will offer the highest value, compassionate, and equitable healthcare for seniors in our community with our goal to put participants first and create systems and services that help them stay in the community safely." PNW PACE employees provide team-based care and serve our participants at the PACE Center and in their homes.FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day Schedule: M-F$ Sign on Bonus with a 24-month commitment to MultiCare (1 year of experience required)Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmWeekends OffBe a Patient AdvocateWork in the Day Center when neededMultidisciplinary TeamPosition SummaryProvide assistance to professional staff. Works with leadership and program staff in carrying out daily activities. Is involved in implementing/ facilitating program related processes. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $18.33 - $25.47 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
