Job description
Bay Area Enterprises in Coos Bay, OR seeks a POD Team Lead to oversee shifts, coordinate POD activities, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites.
You will coach staff, drive between sites, perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and supervise job-site operations. You’ll maintain inventories, complete logs, conduct inspections, and ensure training is current. Availability includes weekends; candidates must pass background and drug tests.
