Job description
The Role We are looking for a talented full-time, in-house Podcast & Video Editor to join our team on the west end of Panama City Beach.
This person will own the post-production process for podcasts, YouTube, speaking engagements, and short-form social media content. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who understands how to turn long-form conversations into polished podcast episodes, engaging YouTube videos, and high-performing short-form clips. Candidates must also be able to take a long form script and turn it into aesthetically pleasing presentation slides that emphasize key points.
You should be fast, organized, creative, and have a strong understanding of what makes content perform across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms .
Key Responsibilities Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube and podcast platforms
Turn long-form podcast content into engaging short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Identify the strongest hooks, moments, and soundbites from each podcast
Add captions, graphics, B-roll, stock footage, music, and other visual elements
Manage the full podcast post-production workflow from raw footage through final delivery
Upload and publish podcast episodes and videos to YouTube
Create thumbnails and other supporting graphics for YouTube
Optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, chapters, and overall presentation
Upload short form content to Instagram, tic tok and youtube shorts
Design slide presentations for webinars and speeches.
Organize and manage video files, raw footage, completed edits, and content libraries
Maintain consistent branding and editing style across all content
Work closely with our media and marketing teams to keep content on schedule
Help manage the podcast content calendar and ensure episodes and clips are delivered on time
Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, hooks, and platform best practices
Occasionally assist with filming podcasts, events, and other company content
Role Requirements Strong experience editing both long-form and short-form video content
Podcast editing experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with Descript AI, Canva, Keynote, Edits
Experience with CapCut and/or other AI editing tools
Experience editing and publishing content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Strong understanding of YouTube and short-form social media
Ability to identify compelling hooks and turn long-form content into engaging clips
Photoshop and/or thumbnail design experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Filming experience preferred
Must be able to work in person at our Panama City Beach headquarters
Job Details Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Work Location: In person — Panama City Beach, FL 32413
Relocation: Must relocate to Panama City Beach before starting if not already local

Who We're Looking For We want someone who genuinely understands content — not just someone who can technically edit video.
You should know how to take a 60-minute podcast and recognize the 5–10 moments that have the potential to become great short-form content , how to build a strong hook in the first few seconds, and how to keep viewers engaged.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing podcast and content platform while working directly with our team to consistently produce high-quality content across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media.
