About the Practice
The Foot Doctors of Kansas City is a busy, established, physician-owned independent private practice (not private equity-backed). Our three-doctor team is seeking a motivated podiatrist to join us as our fourth physician. We have two main offices in Lee's Summit and Belton, Missouri, serving the greater Kansas City area.
This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with strong earning potential, surgical volume, autonomy, advanced in-office technology, and a path to partnership and practice ownership. The anticipated start date is February 2027.
Compensation and Opportunity
$180,000-$300,000+ in compensation with a productivity and bonus structure
Clear path to partnership and practice ownership
Busy, established patient base
Full-scope foot and ankle medicine and surgery, including sports medicine and trauma, elective surgery, complex reconstruction and limb salvage, and diabetic foot and wound care
Hospital and outpatient surgery, with hospital call one weekend per month
Opportunity to work with and teach within a local podiatric residency program
401(k) investment opportunity and the opportunity to invest in a modern ambulatory surgery center
Ability to develop your own clinical and surgical niche
Advanced In-Office Technology and Procedures
In-house ABI and vascular testing
SWIFT® microwave therapy and MLS® laser therapy
Dedicated in-office minimally invasive surgery (MIS) suite
Minor procedure room with mini C-arm fluoroscopy
In-office split-thickness skin graft harvesting capabilities
Broad ability to perform advanced office-based procedures

Qualifications
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited podiatric medical school
Unrestricted Missouri podiatric physician license, or eligibility to obtain one
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges
Surgical training appropriate for a full-scope foot and ankle practice
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent patient care
Team-oriented approach and interest in long-term practice growth and potential ownership
