Job description
Rail Events Productions seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride in New Orleans. You will lead the on-site food & beverage operations, coordinate with production and FOH managers, and ensure seamless passenger service with third-party vendors and railroad staff.
You will manage inventory, enforce health regulations, and drive a high-performing team in a fast-paced, live event setting aboard a moving train.
