Job description
The Town of Carthage is seeking a Chief of Police to lead the department and guide operations for a growing community in North Carolina.
The ideal candidate will bring executive-level leadership, strong people management, and a commitment to community policing while directing patrol, investigations, records, training and administration. This role oversees approximately 13 full-time officers and works under the Town Manager.
