Job PostingThe City of Cannon Falls is accepting applications for full-time police officers. Applicants must be currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a full-time peace officer in the State of Minnesota. A lateral entry option exists for experienced officers. Labor contract wage range is $35.55 to $48.08 per hour. An application packet and job description can be downloaded from the City of Cannon Falls website. Submit City Employment Application and the Supplemental Police Application to Applications accepted until filled; first review of applications will be October 7, 2026. Benefits for this position include: Healthcare coverage provided to the employee at no cost and family members at 50% cost share; 80 hours of vacation in first year; 88 hours of holiday time annually.
