This position requires knowledge of law enforcement methods and procedures, as well as demonstrated technical skills necessary for performing general police duties. Specific responsibilities will vary, depending upon the bureau, division, or unit to which an officer is assigned.Salary - Entry Level Pay/Top Out Pay $45,438.73 - $60,482.07 PS8 - No experience and/or no education beyond high school. $49,778.14 - $66,258.14 PS9 - Certified Officer, U.S. Military Service, fluency in two languages and/or Associate Degree. $54,551.47 - $72,611.73 PS10- Bachelor's Degree.
