Police OfficerThe City of Buena Park Police Department is offering a Police Officer position with a salary range of $109,803.20 - $144,331.20 annually. The job is full-time and located at City Hall, 6650 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park, CA. Applications will be accepted on a continuous basis.This position includes a $10,000 signing bonus and a 5% salary increase effective July 4, 2026. The department offers state-of-the-art facilities, career growth opportunities, and a community-oriented policing philosophy.The essential functions of this role include enforcing laws, patrolling assigned areas, preparing reports, responding to emergencies, and maintaining positive relations with the community. The position requires knowledge of police science, physical and mental demands, and adherence to departmental policies.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and successful completion of the police academy.
