nHappyian Therapy & Academy is expanding and seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, play-based team. Clinical Fellows, entry-level SLPs, and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. We prioritize mentorship, confidence-building, and high-quality clinical care. Part-time and full-time opportunities as well as hourly and salary based positions.
nPosition Options:
nFull-Time: 30+ billable hours – Starting at $50/hour
nPart-Time: 18+ billable hours – Starting at $51/hour
nOur Clinical Approach:
nWe provide play-based, relationship-centered speech and language therapy, informed by DIR and developmental frameworks. Treatment targets include expressive and receptive language, AAC, social communication, and pragmatic skills, with an emphasis on functional communication, self-advocacy, and generalization across environments. Family education and interdisciplinary collaboration are integral components of care.
nMentorship & Support:
n10 hours/month of direct mentorship and supervision
nSupervision reassessed annually based on clinician needs
nPaid administrative time
nStrong support for Clinical Fellows and developing clinicians
nContinuing Education:
nAnnual CEU stipend for both full-time and part-time employees

nQualifications:
nIllinois Speech-Language Pathology state license or temporary license (CFs)
nCurrent certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility following completion of the Clinical Fellowship year
nPediatric experience preferred, not required
nStrong interest in collaborative, play-based, family-centered care
