Known for quality craftsmanship and dependable service, the company has built a strong reputation throughout the Willamette Valley.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Polisher & Tile Installer Assistant Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)Digging fence post holes.Loading and unloading materials.General site clean-up.Assisting with fence installation, demo, and basic construction tasks.Supporting job site prep and daily crew needs.Polisher & Tile Installer Assistant Qualifications:Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor.Must have reliable transportation to job sites.Must wear steel-toed leather work boots (PPE required).Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 Certification (paid for by employer).Valid driver's license required.Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs.Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, indoor/outdoor environments).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
