Machine Operator / Metal PolisherWe are seeking dependable production associates for a hands-on manufacturing position involving machine operation, robotic equipment, metal polishing, and quality inspection. Candidates must be able to work a 12-hour shift and required overtime.Schedule & Pay1st Shift - 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday - $17.50/hour2nd Shift - 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Monday - Friday - $18.50/hourOvertime is required as needed.Job DutiesOperate production machinery and robotic equipment used to polish silverware and hardware componentsUse polishing equipment to remove spurs, burrs, and excess material from metal partsInspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standardsMonitor equipment and the polishing process for consistent product qualityMeet established production quotas for each product and assigned shiftFollow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaPPE RequirementsSteel-toe footwear is requiredAll other required PPE will be provided by the employerIdeal CandidateDependable and punctual with strong attendanceComfortable working around machinery and robotic equipmentDetail-oriented and able to identify defects or excess material on metal partsAble to maintain productivity and meet production expectations throughout the shiftAvailable to work the full scheduled shift and required overtimeCONFIDENTIAL: Company-identifying information has been omitted.
