Pool Bar Attendant
Location: Hotel Victor South Beach
We are currently seeking a Pool Attendant who will also be responsible for assisting with pool bar operations. This position ensures a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment while providing basic bar service and excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including chairs, tables, umbrellas, and towels
Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with pool rules
Distribute, collect, and organize pool towels
Set up, maintain, and break down the pool area daily
Operate the pool bar, including serving beverages according to hotel standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar area
Handle basic cash or POS transactions, following hotel procedures
Monitor bar inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
Ensure all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations are followed
Assist guests with general pool and bar inquiries
Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Bartender, or similar role preferred
Knowledge of basic bar service and beverage preparation preferred
Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
