Job DescriptionJoin a Growing Pool Construction Team
We‘re looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems. This isn‘t a production-line job. You‘ll play an important role helping us finish projects, handle warranty items, complete repairs, and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

What You‘ll Do
Complete final punch-list items on newly constructed pools
Diagnose and perform warranty repairs
Troubleshoot pool equipment, plumbing, and automation systems
Perform minor masonry, tile, coping, decking, and finish repairs
Assist with equipment startups and homeowner orientations
Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
Document completed work with photos and notes
Help ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard
What We‘re Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Experience with pools, construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or a related trade is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable interacting with customers
Valid driver‘s license and clean driving record
MUST speak and write in both English and Spanish
