Job description
HELP-Hire is hiring for 2 full-time Direct Hire Pharmacist (Population Health Clinical Pharmacy Specialist) openings in Dover, DE (Kent County). Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00; no holidays, no weekends. Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Credentials: board certification with one year of clinical pharmacy experience, or PharmD with Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS), or an advanced degree (e.g., MPH or MBA). Preferred: two years of hospital pharmacist experience as a clinical pharmacist or completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-2 ambulatory residency. Salary: $136,000-$200,000/yr.
