Job description
Parkview Physicians Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking experienced Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our Population Health team. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with standard hours of 8am–5pm and occasional travel for daily rounds at our high-performing SNFs.
