Job description
Prosser Memorial Health in Prosser, Washington is seeking a full-time Population Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. Responsibilities include supporting wellness initiatives, collaborating with healthcare providers, and conducting patient visits and tests as needed.
The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license in Washington and current BLS certification. Experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
