Job description
BayCare HomeCare in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a Home Health RN to deliver compassionate in-home care as part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll ensure visits are authorized, coordinate with schedulers and physicians, and provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications include Florida RN license, BLS, 1 year of RN or LPN experience, and a valid Florida driver’s license; an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing is required, Bachelor's preferred.
