Job description
Hornblower Group is seeking a Port Director to oversee all vessel operations within the Port and report to Marine Operations leadership. You will lead regional managers, ensure safety, schedule compliance, and optimize fleet performance to meet service needs.
Responsibilities include safety program execution, regulatory compliance with USCG, budget oversight, and cross-department collaboration to align maintenance, berth operations, and passenger safety.
