# Portfolio Manager, Vice President Infrastructure DebtAllianz Global Investors (AllianzGI)VPInfrastructureFull-timeLocationNew York, United StatesCompensation$178,402 to $210,000 per year, exclusive of benefits; role is also eligible for an annual incentive programDate PostedSeptember 17, 2026RegionNorth AmericaStay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching \"Infrastructure / VP jobs in New York, United States\" are published.## About This Role**Role Overview**Allianz Global Investors is hiring a Vice President for its Infrastructure Debt team in New York City, supporting a senior team member across the full infrastructure debt investment process.**Key Responsibilities**- Screen new opportunities in coordination with the global infrastructure debt team in London and Paris- Prepare screening papers for the Allianz GI Investment Committee and materials for current and potential investors- Assist in negotiating debt terms with borrowers, advisers, underwriters and placement agents- Conduct detailed transaction due diligence, including financial, legal, commercial and technical review- Prepare investment proposals and Investment Committee presentations- Monitor financial and operating performance of portfolio positions, including management meetings and liaison with agents and lenders' counsel- Track infrastructure and credit market developments; maintain the deal pipeline**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field- 5 years of finance experience, including private/credit infrastructure investment and debt strategies- Strong Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA macros) and financial statement analysis- Experience with independent market/sector research; familiarity with AI tools**Location & Compensation**1633 Broadway, New York, NY.
