Job description
Fairstead is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of properties within its portfolio. You will be responsible for on-site compliance, marketing outcomes, and financial performance, ensuring adherence to HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA regulations.
The role requires strong leadership, a track record in property management, and collaboration with Compliance and Regional teams to optimize operations and resident experiences.
