Job description
Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of apartment communities. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and expense control while partnering with Community Managers, corporate leadership, and ownership groups.
You will model accountability and professionalism, mentor onsite leaders, and ensure compliance with company standards while promoting Hawthorne’s Live It culture across the portfolio.
