Job description
Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee portfolio-wide compliance for affordable housing programs across our Dallas portfolio. This role ensures regulatory alignment, quality control, and timely file reviews, serving as the final decision-maker on resident files.
You will lead a team of Compliance Specialists, coordinate with onsite teams, and drive corrective actions while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This is an in-office role based in Dallas.
