Complete quality checks on at the frequency needed. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English and/or Spanish. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.Duties/Responsibilities:Assignments may be in ISM/Sterilizer/Inspection, Plunger Rod/Flow Wrappers, Multi Vac/Case PakContinually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.Assist line technicians or setter/operators with equipment repair or trouble shooting.Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements.Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.Communicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels.Work as team member to develop optimal task methods.Other duties as required to support the needs of the businessEducation:High School diploma/GED preferredIn lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to keep and maintain detailed documentation/communication - ProficientTeamwork – ProficientOrganization skills – BasicPCP Level/PCP Nivel: 3At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
