Job description
Job TitlePrimary objective will be to play a customer facing role in Sourcing / Procurement/ Broader Supply Chain area, understand the business process, plan and lead workshops/discussions, gather requirements, manage pain points, understand data needs and gaps, lead cross functional meetings, align cross functional SMEs, adept in conflict resolutions, create process design summary and manage the project team. Work with TCS customers to understand their business challenges in areas of sourcing and procurement, and provide right solutions (process, tool and organization capability). Lead TCS supply chain team in projects. Be the thought leader in area of sourcing and procurement to develop new service offerings, White Papers, Point of Views.
Qualifications:
Hands on business experience in sourcing and procurement - Strategic sourcing, category management, vendor management, supplier qualityExposure to the sourcing / procurement technology tools and solutionsExperience in working with large organizations, diverse teamsExperience in "service organization" operating modelExperience in managing large programs or initiativesStrong proven communication and collaboration skills
