Post-Acute Care Physician – Hickory, NC

Join a growing, physician-led private practice providing care to patients in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities in Hickory, North Carolina.
This opportunity offers the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you—whether you are seeking a full-time position or a part-time role. A dedicated support team handles the operational details, allowing you to focus on providing quality patient care.
The practice is actively interviewing Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physicians trained in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide medical care to patients in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities
Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
Collaborate with nursing staff, facility leadership, specialists, and community providers
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
