Job description
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on‑site medical care in post‑acute, rehabilitation, long‑term care, and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities
Deliver face‑to‑face primary care services.
Participate in educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews.
Collabor with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Benefits

Qualifications
