Job description
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities. As a member of our team, you will deliver face-to-face primary care, participate in educational sessions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and facility performance.
