Job description
POSITION:
nA leading regional medical center in north central Idaho is actively recruiting a Post-Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and growing team. The hospital is part of a larger national healthcare network focused on strengthening community hospitals and expanding access to high-quality patient care across the country.
nThis well-established acute care facility serves as a major healthcare hub for the surrounding region, offering comprehensive specialty and primary care services, advanced surgical capabilities, and trauma care. Supported by a team of experienced physicians and providers, the organization is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care close to home.
nAbout the Position:
nnSchedule: 36 patient care hours, 4 administrative hours
nShared call rotation with weekday and weekend coverage
nAverage patient volume: 15–20 patients per day
nCollaborative department consisting of 1 physician and 2 nurse practitioners
n nQualifications:
nnCompletion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner graduate program
nAbility to obtain Idaho medical licensure and DEA with full prescriptive authority

nCompensation & Benefits:
nnBase salary starting at $125,000 plus wRVU production incentive
n$10,000 sign-on bonus
