Post-Closing & Settlement SpecialistWe are seeking a Post-Closing & Settlement Specialist for a national title insurance company based in Bayside. This in-office role is responsible for overseeing post-closing workflows, managing title escrow accounting, balancing financial breakdowns, and executing accurate document recording. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, expertise in county recording compliance, and hands-on experience using TrackerPro.Key ResponsibilitiesBalance financial breakdowns and handle precise post-closing disbursements.Maintain title escrow account ledgers, tracking incoming and outgoing transaction funds accurately.Calculate municipal transfer taxes and recording fees with high precision.Submit, track, and manage land documents for eRecording using ACRIS, Simplifile, and local county platforms.Utilize TrackerPro daily to manage post-closing tasks, track file progression, and maintain closing records.Address and resolve any post-closing rejections, document defects, or escrow variances efficiently.QualificationsTrackerPro software experience is required.Proven track record in title post-closing, escrow accounting, and settlement workflows.Strong proficiency with ACRIS, Simplifile, and local county recording procedures.High level of mathematical accuracy and thorough knowledge of recording tax calculations.Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple files under deadline.Ability to work full-time on-site in Bayside.
