Position Title: Post-Doctoral / Post-Master's Resident

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Hours Per Week: 40
Salary Range: $41,400 – $43,888

Responsibilities
short-term individual, group, and couples therapy
psychological assessment
crisis intervention
consultation
outreach and psychoeducational workshops (sometimes after hours)
clinical supervision and training
case management as needed
liaison/consultant relationships
rotating after‑hours emergency/crisis on‑call duties as back‑up to ProtoCall

Qualifications
Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, or related field, or Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
Applicants must apply for and maintain licensure throughout employment.
Preferred: APA‑approved training for doctoral applicants, experience or interest in university counseling center services, commitment to proactive student affairs, team‑oriented collaborative approach, broad generalist clinical skills for diverse disorders.
