Job TitleKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Work order complianceWork Station cleanlinessSupply inventoryData/PaperworkKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Keeping work station clean, clutter freePacking of parts in accordance with work order instructions to ensure damage free shipping.Visually inspect parts and notify quality of non-conformanceFollow daily department scheduleMaintain a safe working environmentObtain daily production objectives through the methods of complying with job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour)Comply with department and company SOP'SProperly completing all required production documentationPerform heat staking and trimming in accordance with work order instructionsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (Supervisor, Lead):NoQUALITIES FOR SUCCESS: (Seaway Core Values, Education, Training, Certifications, Years of experience, Other skills and abilities, Physical Requirements for the Role, etc.)Demonstrates Seaway Plastics Core Values We are customer focusedWe executeWe win togetherWe are respectfulAbility to work and grow in team oriented work environmentGood written and oral communicationAbility to sit and/or stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift push and pull 40LBSPrior manufacturing and or production experience a plusPrior Post Molding processes a plus
