Job description
Planhat seeks a Deployment Strategy Operations Lead to own post-sales programs across strategy, design, and operationalization. You will embed these programs in CRM and workflows, ensuring teams use them daily.
You will translate CS methodology into repeatable processes, own CS analytics, drive adoption, and iteratively improve programs based on performance data, partnering with GTM Systems leads as needed.
