Job description
Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for the 10S Elective Surgery Unit - A. This fast-paced inpatient unit provides specialized post-surgical care on a brand-new 17-bed unit with a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio for adults 18–100 undergoing planned elective procedures across multiple specialties.
The role involves applying the nursing process, patient education, and collaboration with the health care team to plan and evaluate care, with shifts from 7:00 p.m.
