North Central Surgical Center in Dallas, TX is hiring a Post Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for the full-time Night shift (3-12s). A $10,000 Sign-on Bonus is offered and the role focuses on post-surgical and telemetry patient care.

Under the Clinical Supervisor, the RN delivers comprehensive nursing care, documents in the EHR, administers medications safely, educates patients and families, and collaborates with physicians and staff to meet safety and quality goals.
