Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Postal Affairs Manager to lead postal strategy and operations supporting issue-advocacy and public affairs campaigns. In this role, you will manage USPS relationships, oversee mail production timelines, ensure compliance with postal regulations, and optimize postage and delivery for high-volume direct mail and integrated campaigns. Working closely with account, creative, and production teams, you will translate campaign goals into effective mailing plans, monitor performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and advise clients on postal innovations that improve reach, speed, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
